As a Claims Adjuster, you will guide our UK customers through the entire claims journey - from the initial claim registration to its assessment and resolution. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, and enjoys combining customer communication with analytical decision-making.
What will be your role?
- Communication with clients when dealing with insurance claims (80 % phone contact, plus emails)
- Assessing the occurrence of insurance claims, damage and their processing and settlement
- Identification and review of insurance coverage
- Handling complaints arising from insurance claims
