We’re Heureka. Millions of shoppers, hundreds of millions of product data points, real revenue, real margin pressure, real competitors who’d love us to keep doing things the way we always have. We don’t need an AI consultant. We need someone who builds.
This is one role. We’re looking for the sharpest, most stubborn AI-native builder we can find. You’ll sit close to the people deciding what Heureka becomes next, and your job is to make impossible things shippable in days — not quarters.
What you’ll actually do
- Pick up our hardest, most political, most “we’ve-tried-that” problems and ship working prototypes before anyone finishes the meeting about them.
- Wire together LLMs, agents, no-code tools, internal APIs, scraped data — whatever it takes. Code is optional. Results aren’t.
- Sit with merchants, ops, product, data. Understand the pain in 48 hours, come back with something that works in 96.
- Tell senior people they’re wrong when they’re wrong — and prove it with a demo, not a deck.
- Replace processes with software. Replace software with agents. Replace your own agents with something better next quarter.
Who you are
- Born digital. Wired different. We don’t care what’s on your CV.
- You’ve shipped things. Bots, scrapers, agents, weird tools, side projects with actual users. Show us.
- You live inside the AI stack — Claude, GPT, Cursor, n8n, Lovable, Replit, Make, whatever launched last week. You learn a new tool over breakfast.
- You’re allergic to “that’s how we do it.” You don’t ask permission to try things.
- You finish things. Most ambitious people don’t. We need both.
- You can hold your own with a CFO, a senior engineer, and a confused stakeholder in the same hour.
