We are looking for a senior AI Use Case Architect / AI Business Solutions Owner to help us deliver high-impact AI solutions for our clients and further mature our AI solution portfolio.
In this role, you will work across client delivery, solution design, and commercial development. You will help translate business problems into AI solutions that are successfully deployed in production, clearly demonstrate value, and can be reused and scaled across multiple clients.
You will operate at the intersection of consulting, AI, and product thinking — helping us move from purely project-based delivery toward product-like solutions with repeatable delivery and commercial models, including licence-based offerings.
What you’ll do
Project Ownership
- Own AI and data-driven projects from discovery through production rollout
- Work closely with clients to deeply understand their business challenges and define solutions with clear, measurable outcomes
- Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, scope, roadmap, and budget
- Together with a team design business and solution architecture that balances client needs, scalability, and long-term reusability
- Lead delivery teams and ensure solutions are adopted and used in real operations
Solution Ownership
- Take ownership of selected AI solution(s) (e.g. AI Dynamic Pricing, Demand Forecasting, AI Shopping Assistant etc.)
- Shape solution vision, positioning, and value proposition so it is easy to explain, sell, and demonstrate
- Drive pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution design, and proposals
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns, materials, and client-facing narratives
- Contribute to pipeline development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of consulting experience, with team leadership and full project ownership or responsibility for major parts of large engagements
- You are comfortable defining solution vision and driving it from idea to production
- Strong business and stakeholder management skills, including confident communication with senior client stakeholders in English
- Strong ownership mindset, diligence, reliability, and collaboration
- Experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics or exposure to retail, CPG or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or SQL is a plus
