We are looking for an AI Use-Case Steering Expert to lead the prioritization and orchestration of AI initiatives & use-cases across T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom.

This role will serve as the central orchestrator for all AI use-case development, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business value realization, and technology feasibility.
Person, who we are currenlty looking for will be a point of contact across Business, Finance, HR, and Technology departments, shaping a clear pipeline of prioritized AI opportunities while providing governance on complexity, deployment readiness, and scaling potential.

Key Responsibilities

AI Use-Case Prioritization & Framework

  • Design and implement a use-case prioritization framework focused on business value, feasibility, scalability, resorce-need and risk.
  • Maintain a comprehensive portfolio overview of all Data & AI initiatives, including GenAI use cases, dashboards, ML models
  • Evaluate proposed AI initiatives and ensure transparent decision-making on investments and roadmap execution.
  • Ensure all AI initiatives comply with ethical AI principles, regulatory standards, and data governance policies.

Orchestration & Governance

  • Act as the orchestrator of end-to-end AI use-case lifecycle: from ideation, scoping, and proof-of-concept to deployment and scaling.
  • Establish governance processes for AI use-case tracking, KPIs, and success measurement.
  • Align capacity, delivery planning, and business priorities in company. 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Business Owners to identify AI opportunities that drive revenue, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
  • Partner with Finance to quantify value creation and ROI for each initiative.
  • Cooperate with Technology & Data teams to evaluate technical complexity, deployment feasibility, and integration into existing platforms.
  • Present prioritization results, roadmaps, and business impact assessments to leadership teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record designing or running use-case pipelines, prioritization frameworks in a large organization.
  • 7-10 years of experience in roles combining business strategy with technology implementation and/or IT project management.
  • 3+ years of experience with AI/data management.
  • Strong understanding of AI development and deployment lifecycles (from prototype to production).
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and X-department collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate between business language and technical AI language.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in both English (at least B2 level) and Czech/Slovak language is a must.
  • University degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is an advantage.
