Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Laravel (backend) and React (frontend) experience to help us build and scale our sponsorship analytics platform. You’ll own technical decisions, develop core features, and mentor teammates.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services in Laravel
- Develop responsive, scalable client applications in React
- Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability across the stack
- Write and maintain automated tests (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.)
- Collaborate with data/ML teams to integrate analytics models
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years backend experience with PHP/Laravel
- 3+ years frontend experience with React
- Strong database skills and knowledge of caching/job queues
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time data, and websockets
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ownership mindset, with ability to balance speed and quality
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with analytics or real-time data processing
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration
- Startup or SaaS product background
