We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Designer (consultant) to support our international Product R&D teams (15-20 engineers, up to 3 squads). You’ll guide teams on their agile journey, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and continuous delivery. This is an initial 6-month engagement, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and mutual agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide teams in Scrum adoption and agile mindset
- Design Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement in distributed team across several European locations
- Remove blockers and enable smooth, value-driven delivery
- Foster psychological safety, inclusion, and team wellbeing
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads on backlog, planning, and team performance, not looking for a Scrum strategist, but rather a practical guide
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years in product development
- Proven Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience
- Former hands-on software engineer who has progressed into an engineering leadership or agile role
Nice to Have
- CSM/PSM or Agile coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, SAFe)
- Background in startup or high-growth product teams
- Experience with middle-ware product environment
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD)
