We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build scalable web applications, integrate modern technologies, and optimize performance. You’ll have the opportunity to grow, collaborate across teams, and work on meaningful projects.
What will be your role?
Application Development & Maintenance
Focus on building and maintaining robust frontend and backend solutions with an emphasis on clean code, performance, and security.
· Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications (frontend & backend)
· Develop features and solutions using modern technologies (JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Symfony, React)
· Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in line with company coding standards
· Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for secure and efficient data exchange
· Optimize backend logic, database queries, and server-side performance
· Work with SQL and/or Azure-hosted databases for data modelling and query optimization
· Participate in the development of next-generation business applications and services, leveraging cloud-based infrastructure engineering and the OutSystems low-code platform, while ensuring seamless integration with external systems
· Maintain a strong focus on application security, reliability, and cost-efficiency
DevOps, Deployment & Operations
Take ownership of deployment, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth operation of apps on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
· Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (Azure Web Apps, Azure Databases, optionally AKS)
· Participate in CI/CD pipeline configuration and DevOps practices to ensure automated and reliable deployments
· Proactively identify and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks in development and production
· Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning
· Drive continuous improvement through technical innovation and automation
Collaboration, Communication & Team Culture
Strong emphasis on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and transparent communication across departments.
· Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle – from concept and design to deployment
· Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
· Share progress regularly, communicate risks or blockers, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
