Product Head - Content Tribe

💡What is this role about?

As the Product Head of Content Tribe at Heureka Group, your mission will be shaping and directing the strategy for our extensive product catalogue. Your leadership will ensure that Heureka Group provides comprehensive and trustworthy product information, enhancing the shopping experience for every user on our platforms. You will oversee a team of 4 Product Managers and collaboratively manage a tribe of approximately 30 cross-functional employees alongside your technical peer Bláža.

🛠 What will you be working on?

• Managing four direct reports -Product managers
• Shape and articulate the product vision for the Content Tribe, ensuring it aligns with Heureka Group's strategic goals, and motivate the team towards achieving product excellence.
• Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy, using OKRs to convert strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Utilizing emerging technologies (GenAI and Machine Learning) for better effectiveness and quality of the content.
• Foster strong collaboration with the Technology Head of the Tribe, Scrum Masters, and other key people to ensure product and technology integration.
• Lead critical product decisions that drive the tribe's future direction.
• Oversee both the professional and personal development of product managers, facilitating coaching and mentoring to foster their growth and performance.
• Coordinate with the CPO, CTO, and other Heads of Tribes on aligning product development with the broader company strategy and maintaining a unified direction within the tribe.

• Proven experience in a product head role
• Experience in people leadership
• Strong understanding of product discovery
• Passion for new technologies and their implementation into operations processes
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach and global perspective.
• Experience with working in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
