Responsibilities
- Java programming
- Analyzing current security trends and their impact on our product and our customers
- Identification of online threats using own analysis, OSINT and cooperation with other security vendors
- Own analysis combines data analysis, machine learning, deep learning and simulation of threats or specific honeypots
- Pursuing real threats online and even engaging some of the attackers if needed
- Sharing the intelligence with the team internally, but also publicly via blog posts, threat reports and optionally conference speeches
Requirements
- Security analyst or threat intelligence background
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of common adversary techniques and overview of current threats
- Python scripting and data analysis proficiency
- OSINT experience, ability to proactively pivot on given or found indicators
Nice to Have
- Computer networking knowledge especially related to DNS
- Machine/Deep learning
- Data analysis/mining
- Experience with malware analysis or triaging
