Key Responsibilities
- Support on the creative development of specific global projects
- Act as PMO for global projects (timeline arrangement, agenda setting, meetings coordination)
- P2P (Procure to Pay) responsibility and management for critical global projects (budget coordination, PO coordination with Finance)
- Agency ops coordination (Project statements & MSA)
- Work closely with the Category team and the Marketing Network Ops & Capabilities in establishing the global category backlog and orchestrate the category ways of working
- Participate in category marketing and/or innovation projects, as scrum/PMO or product owner
- Run regular “retros” to ensure process is improving over time
- Play a role in driving the culture and ways of working transformation across the global category team
You Have:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in roles across Brand Management, Agency Ops, PMO, Creative
- Preferable experience in marketing tools (MAP, MEM) and Agency Management Framework
- Excellence in communication, organization and influencing skills
- Strategic thinking
- Initiative and ability to make things happen
- Fluency in digital tools (Teams backlog, Mural, etc.)
- Ability to inspire a team to challenge their ways of doing things
- Ability to work in flat, Agile project-based teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Comfortable communicating innovative approaches in getting the work done faster, better
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and get work done through others/network
- Language: Excellent fluency in oral and written English
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required; MBA optional
