You will be \u003Cstrong>responsible for system administration, data migration, reporting, and user support, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Key Responsibilities:\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module\u003C/strong> to align with business needs.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Support and maintain integrations in SF.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Collaborate on data migration\u003C/strong> and execute purge activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Collaborate with IT teams\u003C/strong> and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Troubleshoot system issues, test new functionalities, system updates, lead enhancements projects, and support process automation.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Provide training and suppor\u003C/strong>t to admin-users on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactor's new releases \u003C/strong>and the industry’s best practices in HR technology.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Maintain and update \u003C/strong>system landscape documentation, including workbooks and mapping files.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Configure \u003C/strong>custom objects and reports according to business needs.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Ensure alignment and standardization \u003C/strong>in the system.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Utilize SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and SQL\u003C/strong> to develop reports and dashboards that support HR decision-making.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Answer ad-hoc queries and process questions.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Actively \u003Cstrong>participate in all SSF projects and discussions.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>What we are looking for:\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Proven \u003Cstrong>experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Strong knowledge\u003C/strong> \u003Cstrong>of SAP SuccessFactors \u003C/strong>&nbsp;Employee Central module, Integration Center, and Reporting Center.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Hands-on \u003Cstrong>experience with data migration and data transformation.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Familiarity with\u003Cstrong> XML and JSON\u003C/strong> for data manipulation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to \u003Cstrong>independently manage and prioritize tasks\u003C/strong> based on business impact and urgency\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong focus on delivery, with the ability to \u003Cstrong>meet deadlines\u003C/strong> and follow through on commitments\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Self-driven mindset\u003C/strong> with a high level of accountability for assigned deliverables\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent \u003Cstrong>analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to \u003Cstrong>communicate technical concepts effectively \u003C/strong>to non-technical stakeholders.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Experience in translating HR processes\u003C/strong> into system workflows and automation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2) \u003C/strong>for global communication.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Nice to Have:\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or Expert certifications.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
