As an SRE in Orchestration & OSS, you will work on cutting-edge cloud, network, and infrastructure orchestration projects, ensuring the high availability, reliability, and performance of our next-generation OSS solutions.
What you will do
Reliability & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain Orchestration & OSS automation solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for orchestrated cloud services (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux, GitOps)
- Implement observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Develop and enhance automated test cases (API functional, stress tests)
Cloud & System Integration
- Integrate Orchestration & OSS platforms into multi-cloud environments (OpenStack, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
- Support cloud-native deployment of OSS software (e.g., TCaaS, CIT IaaS, Das Schiff, Oasis)
- Optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility, integration, and scalability
Operations & Incident Management
- Maintain site reliability through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization
- Contribute to incident and problem management, ensuring rapid recovery and root cause analysis
- Ensure security compliance by integrating security tools and performing risk assessments.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with Core, Access, and Transport platforms on network automation and orchestration projects.
- Align OSS & Orchestration stack design with DT stakeholders for maximum harmonization.
- Support deployment architecture planning (HLD/LLD) and execution across DT locations.
- Coordinate E2E testing, integration, and automation with internal teams and vendors.

Required knowledge and skills
- Linux system administration in cloud & on-prem environments.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes & containerized workloads.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD & automation (GitOps, ArgoCD, Flux).
- Programming skills in Python, Bash, Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, Load Balancers).
- Experience with incident & problem management.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with OSS solutions, Telco networks, or Orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of OpenStack or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
- Understanding of Orchestration architectures and multi-domain automation.
- Experience with E2E system integration & security compliance.
