About
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst, who will join our team to support business requirements analysis and process improvements, with a willingness to learn Adobe AEM and gain expertise in the field.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and break them down into clear objectives.
- Identify issues and propose logical solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and interact with stakeholders.
- Create reports, requirements documents, and user guides.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Support business process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Assist in requirement gathering sessions, documenting outcomes, and preparing presentations.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure business requirements are met.
- Engage in Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage business requirements efficiently.
- Work under the guidance of senior analysts and project managers while developing analytical skills.

- Understanding of data handling, SQL queries, and reports (not deep development).

- Eagerness to learn Adobe AEM and willingness to undergo training and certification over time.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure well-documented and tested requirements.
- Ability to work under guidance while taking initiative.
- Fluency in English
- nice to have:
- Business analysis certification (CBAP, ECBA, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of CMS (Content Management Systems) such as Adobe AEM, WordPress, or Sitecore.
- Some exposure to scripting (JavaScript, Python, or XML).
- Agile & Scrum fundamentals knowledge.
- SQL & data fundamentals training.
- Soft skills training in stakeholder management and communication.
- German language
