Compressor Technique Information Services (CT-IS) is responsible for information systems within the Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco. We implement digital platforms and digital solutions for our customers, our suppliers, and our internal organization to improve processes.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Cybersecurity Coordinator to join our CT Security Organization. In this role, you will track and follow up on existing security issues, compliance violations, and vulnerabilities. You will also assist in supporting CT-based security projects and ensure the timely submission of reports. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their career in security with a focus on project coordination, compliance, and business-facing communication. We expect basic technical security skills, with the willingness to expand your expertise over time.
Key responsibilities
- Track and follow up on security issues, compliance violations, and vulnerabilities
- Support CT-based security projects and ensure the timely submission of reports
- Prepare presentations and security-related metrics for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update work breakdown structures
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the security team
- Liaise with internal teams for updates and reporting, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Assist with compliance by design assessments to ensure alignment with company policies
- Help onboard interns and manage administrative aspects of team projects
Skills & Experience
- Junior Profile: Basic technical security skills are required, with a focus on growing in this field.
- Detail-Oriented: Must have the ability to follow up rigorously and maintain precise reports.
- Organized & Thorough: Able to create and maintain structure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Assertive Social Skills: Confidence in communicating with various departments, pushing for necessary changes.
- PowerPoint & Power BI Skills: Must have basic knowledge of these tools and a desire to improve proficiency.
- Motivated to Learn: Open to obtaining further certifications in security as the role evolves.
