The main responsibility is to support the internal indirect purchasing processes and to Manage operational tasks for Supplier contract and Purchasing tools implementations in multiple countries.
What would be your main tasks?
- Support and Follow Up issues that are related with indirect spend suppliers and online tools of suppliers. (Ex: Price discrepancies, access issues into Online tools etc)
- Be administrator contact to internal stakeholders After Go Live of supplier implementation managed by Regional and/or Global Category Manager in multiple countries.
- Commodities to work on are very diverse, examples are material for service technicians, Fleet, Travel, Facility etc. (indirect spend categories)
- Support and Follow Up Implementation process.
- Be internal stakeholder contact for operational support.
- Follow up and Solve supplier and system related issues.
- Be owner of BOEST (internal improvement packages) on generic purchasing topics such as Payment term, PO compliance etc.
- Be part of ESKER project (purchase to pay system) Roll out process.
Your ideal profile?
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience
- Experience with SAP is a must
- University/master degree in business, economics, finance, purchasing, or equivalent
- Action and results driven and be able to work independently
- Team player and like working in a multicultural environment
- High knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,
- Fluent English
- Process oriented, analytical thinking and you like improvements
