We are looking for a junior software developer to join our team on a part-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for improving and developing projects (XML / Perl) which are currently supporting clients. If you are student at a technical university, we are looking for you!
The focus is to gather data from colleagues to fully understand requirements and then either design new tools or develop existing ones to assist with process automation.
Responsibilities
- Review, maintain and develop existing code,
- Test solutions and present to users in a lab environment,
- Communicate with colleagues to define requirements and gather information,
- Design front-end tools for users,
- Work on bug fixes,
- Learn / understand how the code is used in practice,
Requirements
- Experience with XML, python, Perl or similar,
- Basic knowledge of Unix / Linux,
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunications architecture, routers, switches, MPLS,
- Team player,
- Creative problem solver,
- Detail-oriented,
- Czech and english language - advanced
