  • You will be the first point of contact for the customers. Your main responsibility will be to resolve clients queries over phone calls or via chat and/ or email, according to the company standards. You will be cooperating with and escalating cases to a higher level of support representatives when needed.

  • Your profile:
  • You are a fluent speaker of both English and Turkish
  • You have previous working experience as a Technical/ Helpdesk Support or an avid interest in Technology
  • You are a reliable team player, have good communication skills and like working with people
  • You possess an analytical mindset and are not afraid of solving problems
  • You have a valid work permit for the Czech Republic
  •
