Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • Responsibilities:
  • The main responsibilities will be incident source identification and troubleshooting and provide incident resolution when possible
  • You will solve customer's problems with their computers by ticket servise, e-mails, phone or by remote control
  • Also you will do demo of new hardware devices and device preparation and reinstallation of images
  • You will be part of long-term project for our international client


  • Requirements:
  • To be fluent in English (B2 at least)
  • To have some IT experience and to have IT as a hobby
  • To have a work permit for the Czech Republic
