Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • The main areas of responsibility of this position are:
  • Portfolio management: secure availability of the product portfolio as sourced from various factories; ensure optimal maintenance of specifications, product performances and certifications. Safeguard harmonization of product performances and auxiliary materials across various factories and arrange for availability of non-standard materials on project basis.
  • Product quality: act as a linking pin. Set up and safeguard quality performance through Service Level Agreements and KPI reporting in close cooperation with other members of the Group Supply Chain. Perform quality complaints analysis and review surveillance reports from supplying factories.
  • Product harmonization and development: support on projects for the development of new products in cooperation with the Development Manager and harmonization of existing products in cooperation with Quality Manager. Take lead in implementation of new products in production and ensure that all product- and production-specifications and product-certificates are in place before products are put on the market.
  • Knowledge: contribute to continuous building of technical knowledge from our products and their production. Build-up, administrate and update production lines capabilities and efficiencies. Assist to product managers in benchmarking with competition.

Požadujeme

  • The requirements to successfully fulfil this position are:
  • Relevant technical background at a higher educational level
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, fluently in English and Czech
  • Fit into a developing international organisation, cooperate with technical and logistic experts from different (international) backgrounds and contribute to the full utilisation of synergies, ideas and tools (best practices) across borders.
  • Personal skills: pro-active , decisive, determined, ability to convince and motivate people, immune to stress, planning & organisation skills, market and customer oriented, able to create a professional partnership with customers as with supplying companies
  • Situated in Bohumin (Czech Republic), international travel will be required (indication: 40 days/year).
