Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  •      You will use internal systems to process payments coming from the clients through platform to financial institutions. The main communication (English) will be via e-mail and phone.
  •      We need you to set up priorities, keep proper records, documentation and process the requests in our internal system; we will show you what you need to do.
  •      In case you get stuck, communicate with Operations to assist you with queries or other problems. We prefer learners willing to develop their skills in order to become a specialist in the area. Attention to detail and precise work are very much desired.

  • EU passport holder able to start ASAP ( we are unable to process visa candidates due urgent need of candidates to start at latest in Jan-Feb.)
  • Basic EXCEL skill required
  • English able to use on daily basis
  • Willing to learn, positive mind
  • Ability to understand company culture and work with deadlines
  • Good organization skills
  • Experience i customer service or financial company (banking, finance, loans) is not necessary, but considered a plus
