  • Your role:
  • [ * ] Manage and resolve requests via phone, mail, fax, internet or monitoring
  • [ * ] Document service requests and incidents in a CRM-tool
  • [ * ] Monitor the level of the provided service using an utilised company system
  • [ * ] Share appropriate knowledge within other managed services
  • [ * ] Where necessary consult with experts in order to resolve issues
  • [ * ] Develop own skills in order to support clients
  • [ * ] Internal and external communication with German OR Dutch and English speaking clients

Požadujeme

  • What you should have:
  • [ * ] Fluent English and German OR Dutch at least level B2+
  • [ * ] 1,5+ years of working experience in administration, customer service or similar (can be only part-time)
  • [ * ] Working experience in a call centre or shared service centre is a plus
  • [ * ] Some technical knowledge would be advantageous but not a must (an initial training will be provided)
  • [ * ] Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
