Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • you will be responsible for HR services for France
  • onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, employee relations, employee mobility
  • special rewards/benefits administration, payroll data preparation for external provider
  • administration of processes according to company policy and local law, reporting
  • daily communication in French with managers and employees from France
  • answering employees ́ and managers ́ queries, requesting information from the both etc.

Požadujeme

  • AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE YOU SHOULD HAVE: 
  • at least 1 yr experience from a similar role
  • fluent French and English
  • interest in HR processes
  • knowledge of MS Excel
