Úvod a popis pracovní náplně

  • Responsibility for respective Accounting Team members processing of internal clients' Accounts in a timely and professional manner in accordance with the agreed guidelines and aimed at meeting KPI's..
  • Cooperation with relevant departments within company to ensure that all queries and other disputes are dealt with effectively and promptly.
  • Provide scheduled and detailed reports and statistical analysis for internal contacts as required.
  • Participation in the production and review of internal accounting guidelines
  • Main point of contact for escalations, communications with internal / external clients, stakeholders
  • Responsibility for month end tasks of the team, oversee ME closing process, secure timely performance of the relevant tasks
  • Responsible for month end accruals preparation and posting
  • Main point of contact for audit purposesProvide feedback/escalations to management when appropriate and in timely manner
  • People management & recruitment, appraisals and development
  • Training of new team members
  • Monitor & coordinate team workload, secure back-up plan is in place, ensure customer oriented service

Požadujeme

  • Minimum 4 years working experience within accounting (General Ledger area) – preferably from international environment
  • Experience in managing a small team
  • English on advanced level
  • University degree – Economics and Finance is an advantage
  • Accounting certification is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking mode
  • Ability to deal with conflicting demands and priorities
  • Accurateness, reliability, diligence, responsibility, time flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadlines
