  • What are your responsibilities going to be:

  • Preparation of contracts with underwriter and reviewing them
  • Maintaining, updating and amending information for contracts
  • Renewing and cancelation of contracts on annual basis
  • Registration of new submissions and contracts
  • Preparation and generate documentation papers
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with team members and client representatives
  •  

Požadujeme

  • What should be your skill set:
  •  
  • Good English and German (B2 – C2)
  • Knowledge of MS Office/ MS Excel
  • Previous experience on an administrative position is an advantage (not a must)
  • Flexibility, independence, eye for a detail and ability to learn quickly
