  • Organize work of the credit teamCooperate with setting up the credit policyPlan and execute collection activities to maximize cash receiptsContact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-paymentIssue payment commitment lettersMonitor paymentsCoordinate customer credit changes with the finance and sales departmentsRecommend accounts shift to a collection agencyMaintain accurate records about the customer payment statusDaily communication in German

Požadujeme

  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years of credit or collection similar experience from an international environmentAt least 1 year experience as a team leaderGerman language is mandatory, English on communication level (communication with colleagues from UK)Higher education - degree is mandatoryGood communication and negotiation skills in phone callsBalanced personality, good conflict management, Stress resistanceDetail and Goal orientationGood PC Skills (MS Word, Excel and Internet)
